We offer children a chance to play sports in an atmosphere that encourages, builds self-esteem, and teaches how to play with a Christ-like attitude. We want every child to understand they are valued as a person and as a child of God.

We believe One Goal referees serve as a vital component of the One Goal ministry. Parents and coaches alike desire games to be run in an orderly way that reflects the values and mission of One Goal. Here at One Goal, we hope our referees enthusiastically model a level of professionalism that leaves a positive impression on our players, coaches, and families.
